AJ's Patio Pizza truck was established in 2024 by it's LA born owner, AJ Johnson. Johnson worked in kitchens, sandwich shops, pizza trucks and bakeries for years throughout Austin, Texas before he got the chance to make his dream come true and start his own truck. With a positive attitude, you can go far. With an eye for quality, the sky is the limit. AJ understands creating something great is an form of art. And he believes food is no different. Every pizza is a chance to create something from scratch, balance flavors, experiment and put a little piece of yourself into what you make.
