IAJ’s Patio is an American food truck, serving hot Pizza, wings and salads, located in the heart of Texas at Progress Coffee Buda. Aj’s Patios values “Quality and efficiency with a smile”. Every pizza is made with the love it deserves. Using a double deck stone oven, we can cook 4 pies at once, with a flavor that can only be achieved by an experienced Pizza baker! The dough is slow proofed overnight in the refrigerators and set out in the morning to ensure fresh pizza dough every day. Our red sauce is made from blending 3 ingredients, peeled tomatoes, Basil and Salt, because we believe simplicity is a key to culinary perfection. In addition, all toppings including cheese, and vegetables are prepared by hand everyday to ensure quality and freshness. Our wings are par cooked, then finished off in the oven during service and tossed with their respective “in house” made sauce. Alternatively There are salads for those that would prefer something a little lighter, Vegetarian or vegan. Our mission is to create and facilitate an experience packed with happiness and flavor.
